Almost two years ago, in the early stages of the pandemic, I would wake up around three or four a.m.
The images are so perfect. Love those memories, so much like many of my own.

I fondly remember my mother would open a canned fruit cocktail and added fresh bananas. My mother was not a cook but this was one of her best dishes. I can’t wait to try your recipe. Yum. 🙂
